Multi-site events

ARS is a pioneer in the delivery of multi-site events. Now with the use of the Reply IQ or Plus system and widespread internet connectivity, it is easier than ever to deliver simultaneous group interactivity to geographically dispersed meeting sites. Small or large groups can participate at each remote site.

If you have individuals at remote sites, they can participate using our Data-Back PC. Data-Back PC allows participants to “join a meeting” from a distance and respond to questions with the live audience through a standard internet connection. The remote participants need to also have a way to communicate with the live audience—via webcast or audio conference. The tool can also be used with live participants in an event as well as remote connection. In both methods, it requires each computer to be connected to the internet and communicate with a server.
