Opinion polls and surveys
Change is inevitable. Feedback from employees
and customers is a key factor in developing plans for future change.
ARS provides a quick and easy method to collect opinions and survey
results from your employees and customers. Using demographic questions
allows you to display or report the data in an even more meaningful
method to find our how subgroups compare in their opinions to potentially
provide you with insight for future change.
Key ethics and compliance issues were discussed
among a group of higher education students and faculty. Using the
ARS, questions were asked and opinions and feelings were able to
be expressed anonymously. Once the results were displayed, this
gave participants the courage to open up and discuss very sensitive
matters with executive level staff that otherwise may not have been
expressed. The ability to assist in this method of communication
makes ARS an extremely valuable tool to promote discussion in both
small and large groups.
Self-paced
surveys can be conducted using the Reply IQ System using ARS
wInquiry software’s standalone module for self-paced testing.
In this mode, the keypad can be used to navigate through a set of
questions (1-170) that have been downloaded to the feature connector
memory. The keypad could be taken out-of-range of the base, for
test/survey data collection purposes, and then brought back within
range when data is available for download to the computer.
