PowerPoll Quick Steps
1.
Open your PowerPoint® presentation in the normal manner and create or navigate to a slide containing a question you wish to poll.
2.
If the "Control
Toolbox" is not visible, choose VIEW, TOOLBARS form the PowerPoint
Menu and select Control Toolbox.
3.
On the Control
Toolbox click the "More Controls"
button (lower right corner).
4.
In the List of
tools select "PowerPoll", and your cursor will change to
a crosshair.
5.
Using the mouse,
draw a rectangle on the slide where you want your response graph to
be positioned.
6.
With the graph
area still selected, choose "Properties"
in the upper left corner of the Control Toolbox and adjust the properties
for color, style, number choices, etc.
7.
When you are
satisfied with the appearance of the graph, change the 'TestData'
property to FALSE, and proceed to the next slide to be set up for
polling.
8.
When done, select
"Slide Show" from the PowerPoint Menu to test run your presentation.
(Remember
you must set the 'HasData' and 'Test Data' properties to FALSE on
all questions before giving your presentation). If you Forget, you
