Question Poll-Graph

Now any existing or new PowerPointŪ slide can include a survey question to be polled without the need for external utilities or complicated authoring processes. Just create multiple choice questions as normal PowerPoint slides leaving room for the response graph at the side or bottom of the slide.

Once a question is created, insert a PowerPollâ using the toolbox icon on the controls tool bar. You can then position and size the response graph as needed.

PowerPollâ properties give you control over colors and styles of the response graph. You can preview the questions and graph right in the design mode to see how it will look before you run your presentation.

Click the small keypad icon that appears on every slide containing a PowerPoll, to poll the audience. A countdown clock gives the audience time to punch their responses into the keypads. A summary graph of responses follows immediately.

When the presentation is finished, all polled response data is saved as part of the PowerPoint slide. It can be viewed and printed just like any other slide, with options for numeric or graphic formats.

PowerPollâ requires:

  • Pentium (equal or better) computer running MS Windows95®, Windows98® or Windows NT 4.0®, with one unused serial communications (COM) port

  • Microsoft Power Point '97 or higher

  • ARS wireless response system interface with up to 250 wireless keypads
