For a single event, the self-service option offers a low cost alternative to our full service offering. The system is easy to set-up and allows you to incorporate group polling without the need for on-site technical support.

• Do you have your own computer with Microsoft® PowerPoint® '97 or higher?
• Are you confident in your ability to set-up and run the hardware and software on your own?
• Are your main objectives for use of a wireless response system to get your audience involved and to provide summary data back to your audience instantly? If you answered yes to these questions, you can easily elect to use a Self-Service System.

If you answered no, you should refer to our full service capabilities. ARS specializes in providing effective presentations with a minimum of effort on your part. You supply the content, we supply the technical expertise. We provide the necessary equipment, software and step-by-step instructions to ensure a successful event.

The SNAP Mini+ Self-Service System includes: SNAP Software key, 971 USB Stick Base Station, and Reply Mini+ Wireless Keypads w/lanyards, Back-up Equipment and Instructions and web based technical support.

You provide the PC computer with 2 USB Ports, projection system and existing Microsoft PowerPoint® presentations that use enumerated lists for question choices.

Customer is Responsible For:

• Cost of shipping and handling of the equipment
• Insurance and security for the system while on site
• State sales tax where applicable
• Computer with MS PowerPoint ’97 or above, 2 USB ports installed and video projection system
• Any additional ancillary items (Video projection, AC power strip/cord, video cables, etc)
• On-site technical support for set-up, testing and operation of the system during the meeting
• Striking and return shipping of the equipment
