Our PowerPoll software gives users of Microsoft® PowerPoint® the ability to conduct audience polls and view response data as an integral part of their PowerPoint slide shows. If you are looking for simple, do-it-yourself audience polling, then the question-poll-graph capability of PowerPoll is what you need. For a single event, PowerPoll offers a low cost alternative to our full service offering. The system is easy to set-up and allows you to incorporate group polling without the need for on-site technical support.

• Do you have your own computer with Microsoft® PowerPoint® '97 or higher?
• Are you confident in your ability to set-up and run the hardware and software on your own?
• Are your main objectives for use of a wireless response system to get your audience involved and to provide summary data back to your audience instantly?
• Does your audience consist of 250 people or less?

If you answered yes to these questions, you need the PowerPoll Self-Service System. If you answered no, you should refer to our full service capabilities. ARS specializes in providing effective presentations with a minimum of effort on your part. You supply the content, we supply the technical expertise.

The PowerPoll Self-Service System Includes: PowerPoll Software, Wireless Interface Kit, Wireless keypads, back-up equipment, Instructions, telephone technical support.

PowerPoll customers are responsible for:

• Shipping and handling
• Insurance and security of the system
• State sales tax where applicable
• Computer and video projection systems
• Any additional ancillary items (AC power cords, power strips, video cables, etc.)
• On-site support for set-up, testing and operation of the system during the meeting
• Striking and return of the equipment
