Full Service Meeting Events



  Audience Response Systems, Inc. offers an easy way to use an interactive keypad system in your meeting event. You provide the content and we provide all the hardware and software support necessary. With over fifteen years of experience, ARS, Inc. has provided full service audience interaction in hundreds of meeting events of all sizes around the globe. Both wired and wireless systems are available to meet your specific needs. Our powerful presentation software, high quality videographics, integrated audio and commitment to professional service make ARS the right choice to deliver an unforgettable interactive experience to your group.

What is included in a full service event?


  		•  Setup and use of all necessary electronic equipment including Data-Back terminals, distribution amps, junction blocks, necessary cabling or wireless response terminals, wireless interface unit, host computer and printer
     
  		• Use of any ARS standard software packages
     
  		• On-site support by ARS field representative(s) for setup, operation and striking of the equipment
     
  		• Sufficient backup equipment to satisfactorily perform standard software requirements
     
  		• Logistics planning and travel arrangements for our on-site field representative(s)
     
  		• Question entry for sessions
     
  		• Post meeting printed results
     
  		• Post meeting review and export diskette
     
  		• Materials to assist in planning your presentation
     
  		• Tent cards with keypad instruction for the event, if requested



    What is not included?


  		•  Overtime to technicians for support beyond a 10-hour day
  		• Shipping and handling of equipment - applicable duties and taxes for international shipments
  		• Video monitors/projection system for display of questions and graphic summaries
  		• Travel expenses for the technician (Round trip airfare/mileage, lodging, meals, ground transportation)
  		• Any custom programming required
  		• Security for the system while on-site
  		• State Sales Tax where applicable
  		• Question/content development
