Erratic or intermittent failure of one or more keypads to return response to audience polls or diagnostic program 1. Make sure that only one interface is powered up on the same channel at one time. (Do NOT turn on a backup interface when it is not in use) 2. Turn off the interface, wait 5 seconds and turn it back on, then retest. 3. Replace the interface with a spare unit.
